Why you need weight and why you needn’t too much weight?

December 10th, 2011

At all times and places people lived for pleasure. What is life-pleasure? It is in little things that make our life great: in sensations, feelings, emotions, fragrances, impressions and affections. What can be better than taste of your favorite delicatesse? Nothing! Hey, stop! What about the feeling of pride for yourself when you find a pair of very-very-old jeans of yours and they still fit!

Of course you want to be slim and “very-very-old jeans size” is just what you need. Mind that your organism doesn’t want to lose more, than it belongs to him biologically. You can also use the high/weight table to measure your normal constitution. It’s logical that your organism doesn’t want to gain up normal weight and change his performance efficiency. Overweight worsens your overall health, performs negative influence on your blood pressure and small vessels, affects skin and hair condition and, of course, makes you hide your very-very-old jeans back to the upper shelf of your wardrobe.

Clear enough, that it’s fast and easy to gain weight, quite hard to keep it, hard and tiresome to lose it. Sounds painful? But still overcomable! The ways out are here, at the pages of this site.
